Your rights
The DPA says that individuals
have certain rights with respect to personal data
that someone else holds about them.The most important
of these rights is that an individual can require
a data controller (Web Wedding) to say whether
it holds personal data about that individual and
if so, what that personal data is and to whom
it may be passed.

the right to go to court to seek correction of
